If the event reviewers have decided that the participant is not a good fit for participating in the program/event, Reliant will send this nonacceptance email to the participant. The email is generic on purpose.
Before sending the declination, we would like the local pastor/spiritual reference to call the applicant or sit down in person with the applicant and help them understand and maybe come to an agreement with the applicant as to why this event/program isn't a good fit for them and maybe be able to offer help to them with the area of concern. This email is intended to be sent after the meeting with the local pastor to confirm from a Reliant standpoint that we received their event registration, but have decided not to accept them.
