Subsidy amounts will follow the same schedule as the premium charges.
Example: January's coverage premium charge to the account you are responsible for runs with the February paycheck. After the paycheck runs, a journal entry moves the premium charge into January. The subsidy amount will be entered around the same time as the journal entry moving the premium charge.
