If the event directors and together with Reliant decide have decided that the participant is not a good fit for participating in the program/event, the Reliant special event coordinator will send this non acceptance email to the participant.  The email is generic on purpose. We would like the directors /local pastors to (or local pastor/spiritual reference) to call participant or sit down in person with the applicant and help them understand and maybe come to an agreement with the participant as to why this event/program  isn't a good fit for them and maybe be able to offer help to them with the area of concern. This email is intended to be sent after the meeting with the director/local pastor to confirm from a Reliant standpoint that we received their event registration, but have decided not to accept them.
