Here is a step by step guide to creating a PMR for each of your residents:
***Coaches can use this link to create their own PMR as a Google Form.
***Be sure to make a different copy of the PMR form for each resident. If not, their responses will compile into one, giant spreadsheet and becomes hugely confusing. It also means you can't share the response page with the missionary. Reviewing these responses after a season of support raising can be extremely insightful for a missionary.
