Receive your digital paperwork envelope in an email and  click the link to open envelope in a web browser

If you are using a non-Reliant email, we will provide you with a personalized authentication code in the message text of the email. Enter this authentication code to access the paperwork when prompted. Make sure to include any dashes or slashes.

You will then need to authorize DocuSign to collect your signature digitally. Check the box and select continue.

The first time you select "Sign" on the form, you will need to select a signature design. You can choose one of their fonts or draw your own.

  • At the bottom, select the check box that states that you are not using a preparer or translator.

titleFederal W4 - Tax form that directs Reliant on the amount of federal taxes to withhold on each paycheck
  • Fill out all required boxes.
  • Also, fill out the three optional boxes based on your desired tax settings. Reliant cannot offer tax advice, but here are details about the three boxes
    • Number of deductions - this decreases the amount we withhold in taxes. See the worksheet on the following pages of your paperwork envelope to see if you should claim any deductions.
    • Additional withholding amount - this increases the amount Reliant withholds. You may want this if you work multiple jobs or are ordained/commissioned and have not opted out of Social Security
    • Exempt - generally only for international missionaries who claim the foreign earned income tax exemption
