We are working with Guidestone on the impact of this miscommunication and may offer some accommodations to those that are significantly impacted by this co-pay fee. If this fee If this fee would have swayed you to select the HS5000 plan and if your family's finances are severely impacted due to this change, please let us know.  you would like to change your plan to the HS5000, please email benefits@reliant.org by January 20th, 2019.  Guidestone is allowing us a limited period of time to change the medical plans for 2019 coverage due to this miscommunication.
