After a few additional days of technical difficulties, Highmark has informed us that all new PNC HSA account balances should show the correct balance on the Highmark website. Additionally all HSA debit cards should be available for use (once activated). If you experience difficulties using your debit card or accessing your new PNC HSA account balance on the Highmark website, please call Highmark at 1-866-472-0924.
