These two tools can be extremely helpful for both the field worker and the coach in understanding and analyzing the past week. It is highly recommended that the coach asks the field worker to get these submitted prior to the meeting, with enough time for them to be reviewed. 

We are transitioning from tracking in Staffnet to tracking in Toolbox. If you have any field workers still being tracked in Staffnet, the following applies.

Toolbox Tracking

MTD Activity is the numerical analysis tool for the MTD process.  On this tool, the fund-raising field worker accounts for how many times they have taken the various actions needed for the MTD process. The goals can be decided on by the coach and field worker and put into Toolbox.
