Important - Implications of a late timecard or timecard not being submitted.
Reliant hourly employees must have submitted a timecard by the deadline in order to be eligible to receive backpay the next month (this rule applies to both employees in the scenario of a dually employed couple). No backpay may be paid if a timecard was not received or if a timecard was received late.
For example, if the timecard with November hours was due by November 20th and was received November 28th, it is considered "late" and the hours contained on the timecard will not be paid until January. In this scenario the employed missonary (and spouse in the scenario of a dually employed couple) will not be eligible to receive backpay in the month of December (this same rule applies to the payment of reimbursements).
