Employees should have received an email from payroll@reliant.org with instructions for accessing their 2016 W2s on December 29, 2016.  Mailed copies fo copies of the W2 forms should be delivered by the 10th of January.  The mailed W2s may look like junk mail as they are interntially very plain/generic looking (This is an intentional design for for security purposes).  W2s are not mailed from Reliant but from a separate printing facility connected to our payroll software.  Please open all mail carefully to avoid throwing your W2 away by accident.  If you need a copy of your W2 you may also request one via email as the instructions above indicate. Please allow 2-3 business adys for email requests.  Reliant will only send W2s via email to reliant.org email addresses.
