Employees must officially notify Reliant of address changes within fourteen (14) days of the an address change. The The form to submit is the Personal Information Change Notification Form.
Reliant has the responsibility as your employer to withhold and report the correct federal, state and, in some cases, local taxes on your behalf. Failure Failure to notify Reliant of a change in address can result in overpaid or underpaid taxes, among other problems for the missionary personally. If you have moved to a new state (and in some cases to a new city), you may need to fill out new tax forms. Please Please respond quickly to emails from finance if they seek a new state (and potentially local) tax withholding form(s) if you are residing in a state/locality that requires a specific withholding form. Employees Employees living in certain cities may be liable for additional taxes or forms to be filed directly by the employee with their local tax agencies.
When you move to a new location, it's always a good rule of thumb to check with your city/county regarding any residence or other taxes you may be responsible to pay. There are many changes that a missionary experiences where there is lee-way leeway to inform us of that change. A A change of address is different. It It is urgent and important for Reliant to have actual information before the change happens.

- Update your 401K Plan 401(k) plan address by logging into your account at principal.com.
- If you are changing your financial institution, you will need to send Reliant a new Direct Deposit Agreement. Completed forms must be received by Reliant by the 20th of a given month in order for the change to impact the next month's payroll and reimbursements.
