Employees must notify Reliant of address changes no later than within fourteen (14) days before of the change of address becomes effective. Address changes must be made utilizing .  The form to submit is the Personal Information Change Notification Form

Failure to notify Reliant of a change in address can result in overpaid and underpaid taxes, among other problems for the missionary personally.  Reliant will not be responsible for mis-paid taxes if the missionary fails to provide full information of the address change.  

Informing Reliant of a move needs to include the following information: 

  •  Have you permanently changed you residence? 
    •  New street address
    •  New city, state, zipcode
  •  Has your work location change? 
    •  New Ministry address (with city, state, zipcode)
    •  New Assignment
    •  New Supervisor

Keep in mind, when a missionary is changing addresses, it may mean other life changes as well. Check out the other potential changes below for ones that might apply to your current transition. 

There are many changes that a missionary experiences where there is lee-way to inform us of that change.  A change of address is different.  It is absolutely urgent and important for Reliant to have actual information before the change happens.
