  • If you are changing your financial institution you will need to send Reliant a new Direct Deposit Agreement. Completed forms must be received by Reliant by the 20th of a given month in order for the change to impact the next month's payroll and reimbursements. 
  • If you have moved to a new state (and in some cases to a new city), you will need to ask Reliant to send you new state (and potentially local) tax withholding form(s), if you are residing in a state/locality that requires a specific withholding form.  Reliant has the responsibility as your employer to withhold and report the correct federal, state, and in some cases local taxes on your behalf.  Employees living in certain cities may be liable for additional taxes or forms to be filed directly with directly by the employee with their local tax agencies.  When you move to a new location, it's always a good rule of thumb to check with your city/county regarding any residance or other taxes you may be responsible to pay.
