Considerations:
- Reliant's salary brands are broad, allowing the local church or ministry the freedom to work within those broad boundaries of compensation to meet your local needs.
- The salary bands are created based on a general cost of area equivalent to a national average (100) cost of living.
- If the cost of living in your area is over 100, the local church and Reliant will work together to provide comparable ranges.
- To compare these with hourly wages, take the annualized salary and divide it by 52 (weeks). Then Divide by 40 (hours/wk).
- Ex. $32,000/year divided by 52 days divided by 40 hours = $15.38/hour
