Employees are eligible for this MTD tax relief bonus using MTD funds to help offset these federal tax amounts owed between March through October of 2023 if they have received an email directly from Reliant stating eligibility as well as the maximum qualification amount for the requested bonus. However, that The maximum is just an estimate of what would have been paid in federal taxes if we Reliant had not transitioned to a new payroll system. It is not an exact amount of taxes owed by the employee. Employees should analyze their own taxes and seek tax consultation if needed.
