Q: How does billing work on CopyCat?

A: CopyCat is mostly for   Reliant covers some initial MTD items , such as a for you, like: We Are Reliant brochures, how to start giving brochures, offline giving brochures and the Missionary Profile Card. Print and design for these items are covered for Reliant missionaries in any MTD status; all you need to do is order.The UPS shipping charge is booked to the account for which you are responsible. No personal payment is required. This can be done even if you have other back pay or reimbursements because MTD items have been designated as "essential" in Order of Pay.  The exception to this is presentation books, the cost for which will come out of the account you're responsible for if you're a Fixed Term intern/resident/apprentice/fellow. CopyCat is hooked up to our account system, so it's smart. Your account is associated with the ministry fund you are responsible for and should be available when you reach the shopping cart.
Some non-MTD items on CopyCat—are charged separately. These or other optional items will have an option for you to pay via credit card after you submit the order.

Q: What is "EPM" or "MarketingBench"?

, your first order of ministry profile cards, the first order of your presentation photo book, and all envelopes. A: These are parts of the software from WebbMason, the company that is doing the print on demand services for us. They have several locations and print-houses nationwide. They also provide a customer service agent for us in case you need help with an order.You are responsible to pay for all shipping charges for any item. You will not have to pay for this at checkout, but instead, this will be billed to your MTD account. All Reliant merch items are also billed to the ministry worker's MTD account.

Q:  Who do I ask for help?

A:  WebbMason provides a customer service rep who can help with website, print, and ordering questions. For how things work with MTD, design help, or anything else, give us a call at the office or contact Chalkline has a team that can assist you with your order. Q: I keep getting an error message when I try to upload a photo to my missionary ministry profile card! Can you help?

Q: Where do I upload my PDF for the MTD Presentation Album?

A: Once you put the album in your cart, you'll click on the big orange "CHECKOUT" button, then click on "Add File" all the way on the right in the chart.You can upload your PDF in the area that says "Attach files", then add the item to your cart.

Q: My logo looks small on my business card and/or missionary ministry profile card. What should I do?

A: You may need to find a different format of for your logo. Is your logo really wide and short? Maybe your ministry has an alternate logo that's stacked, making it more like a square.  You may also email communications@reliant.org and our designer would be happy to help!
