The Share Candidate feature allows an individual external to Breezy to fill out a scorecard for a single applicant. These steps are for the Breezy hiring manager.

Go to the candidate profile for the scorecard you’d like to share.

Click the three dots at the top right, then Share Candidate

Toggle Yes for Scorecard

Click Generate Link


UI Step

Copy the generated link and share with those you’d like to have access to the scorecard

These steps outline how to gain access to a candidate's scorecard after a Breezy user has shared the candidate link with you.

Open the link shared with you by the Breezy hiring team member (likely, your local supervisor)

Enter your email address and click Send me a sign-in email


UI Step

Head to the inbox of the email you provided, and click Complete Sign-In


UI Step

The Complete Sign-In link should open a webpage with the candidate’s contact information and the scorecard to fill out


UI Step

From there, your scorecard and feedback will auto-save as you fill it out. You do not have to officially “submit” them for feedback to be visible to the hiring team.

Here is what to know about making sure your scorecard feedback has been submitted.

  • Ratings and feedback automatically save as you fill out a scorecard
  • You do not need to save or submit a scorecard officially; the autosave feature means it is visible to the Breezy hiring team automatically
  • The hiring team does not get a notification when you fill out a scorecard. If necessary or requested, please get in touch with your local leadership once you are done
