Once the references are submitted and we have given the application a quick look over, we will send the application off to Local Interview. You will receive an alert from Breezyemail (Subject: You've been assigned a task - Reliant Mission) with a task to complete. It will come from Breezy and it will look like this:

The email will not say who the applicant is. It will only display the Task name and the due date.

• Read through the attached Reliant assessor’s report with information to discuss during our call together.
• Sign up for a time for our hiring decision. This call will take about 30 minutes. On it we will determine items such as salary, missionary staff level, ministry supervisor, MTD coach, and any conditions for employment.
