In Phase 1, applicants will fill out the initial application first. Once they fill out the initial application, they will be emailed a link to the Ministry assessment. Once they fill out the Ministry Assessment, they will be emailed a link to their final questionnaire - Moral Conduct. Upon completing Moral Conduct, they will receive an email telling them their application is complete.

Once they fill out the initial application, they will be emailed a link to the Ministry assessment. Once they fill out the Ministry Assessment, they will be emailed a link to their final questionnaire - Moral Conduct. Upon completing Moral Conduct, they will receive an email telling them their application is completeapplication at a high level to ensure that we do not see any red flags and that the references are complete.

Unlike the HUB, an application can be submitted without the references having been completed. An applicant could very well stay in the Check Point phase for quite some time if the references are not completed in a timely manner.
