title4. Reliant Review

After the Church Interview has taken place, Reliant will review the application as well as the scorecard that you just completed in the Church Interview stage.

The Reliant Reviewer will also complete a scorecard during this stage based on the application pieces and the church scorecard.

If you wish to view the Reliant Reviewers' feedback prior to the hiring call, you can do so when you view the applicant on the left-hand side (if you're on a smaller screen) or it may be under More > Team Scorecards (if you have a larger screen).

title5. Decision/Discernment

Once the Reliant Review is complete, we will tag you in the Discussion tab and let you know it is time to sign up for a hiring call. As long as your Breezy email notifications are set up, you will receive an email alert (see Limiting Breezy Notification Emails for which notifications you should have turned on and which ones you can turn off).

On the hiring call with Reliant, we will make one of three decisions:

  • Provisional Acceptance: Applicant is accepted on staff pending background check and attendance at a New Staff Training.
  • Application On Hold: The church and Reliant do not feel the applicant is quite ready to be accepted, but could be within the next 12 months. We will work together to create an action plan for next steps to help the applicant get prepared, and set a date in the future to reconnect about their readiness.
  • Deferral: Applicant is not ready to be hired within the next 12 months.
