As an international missionary, you are entitled to PTO and Holidays throughout the year. Although Reliant has set guidelines and accrual policies, it is up to you (the missionary) and your supervisor to track your PTO and Holiday time off. Reliant does not track PTO and you do not need to report your time off to Reliant. Below we have outlined some helpful information for you to track your PTO and Holiday time off with your supervisor.

As a missionary working abroad, you are entitled to ten holidays during the year. We understand that you may wish to take your holidays at different times during the year that are not the traditional holidays we celebrate in the U.S.US. For example, you may want to work on a day like Labor Day and take off a National holiday that is observed in the country you are living in. This is allowed. It is encouraged that you communicate these days off with your supervisor.
