Tracking Log
The Reliant International crisis management team will reach out to the team member who contacted Reliant to walk through questions to create an initial International Crisis Report. That initial Crisis Report will be used internally by the CMT ICMT for documentation.
For all future follow-up, please go to your team one-drive crisis management folder to find a Tracking Log template. Begin documenting all details of the crisis on the Tracking Log. Reliant will also share that Tracking log with other parties involved securely through OneDrive so that follow-up updates can be documented and communicated to everyone. It should be updated with all phone conversations, copies of emails, and pictures of text messages related to the incident.
