If a crisis has occurred that has reached a level 3 crisis status within your field team, depending on the severity and urgency, please either call the emergency number or the International Crisis Hotline (850-REL-IANT) or email the Crisis Management Team (cmt@reliant.org) to report the incident. Please include the people involved and a description of what has happened.Need to create an emergency number to call.
Reliant crisis management team will reach out to the team member who contacted Reliant to walk through the initial ICMT Crisis Report information.

Please follow the appropriate Contingency Plan that appropriate International Crisis Contingency Plans that your team submitted to Reliant for the type of crisis being reported located in your team one-drive folder. Reliant will evaluate the situation and communicate next steps.
