Info

The intention of this policy is to ensure that, in case of a crisis, all first responder and support teams can efficiently access Reliant team members and assets.  Experience shows that having specific information regarding business and team member locations allows for confidence and specificity during various crises such as natural disasters, terrorist activity, etc.  Because Reliant values its team members, we want to make available all possible resources to first responders and support teams.

Whenever a physical location is chosen for the operations or housing Reliant's team members in a foreign country, the Crisis Manager and Team Leader will document the location’s specific GPS coordinates and surrounding area.  For the safety and security of our personnel and assets, this information should be kept in a secure file securely at the Reliant central office at all times.
