If a crisis has occurred that has reached a level 3 crisis status within your field team, depending on the severity and urgency, please either call the emergency number or email the Crisis Management Team (cmt@reliant.org) to report the incident. Please include the people involved and a description of what has happened. Reliant will then create a tracking log and share it with you and other parties involved securely through OneDrive so that updates can be documented and communicated to all parties involved.
Please follow the appropriate Contingency Plan for the type of crisis being reported. Reliant will evaluate the situation and communicate next steps.
