The supervisor or ministry leader may write the job description, or the missionary may write it. Either way, the supervisor must approve the final Job Description.

Once a year, supervisors are required to complete an Annual Evaluation for each missionary. This is an opportunity to provide feedback to the missionary on their progress, performance, and fruitfulness. Depending on what ministry in which the missionary serves, the instructions for the Evaluations are a bit different:
