• Go to https://www.highmarkbcbs.com/home/ and log in to your HSA account. 
• Image Removed
• Over over "My Account" and click "My Account Summary" 
• Click on Claims and Spending

• Click the blue Access Spending Account button
• Find the My Accounts box and click the green balance icon to access the Account Summary

• From the My Account Summary select the link Tax Forms.
