There are two types of the HSA contributions that Reliant offers employees: 

  • Employer ContributionsThis contribution comes from non-MTD Reliant funds. Reliant leadership sets the Employer contribution rate each year, and it is the same for all missionaries based on their coverage level. Current contribution rates can be found  here - HSA - Health Savings Account
  • Employee Contributions - This contribution is deducted from your paycheck each month. This benefit is part of Reliant's Cafeteria plan

titleEmployment Insurances

Reliant carries numerous employer liability policies such as sexual harassment coverage, travel /accident liability coverage and other miscellaneous coverage(s) to protect Reliant in the case of a legal actions that may be taken against the ministry. The cost for these insurances come from a 2% employment insurances charge that is a monthly charge to the MTD account and it based on the employee's salary (including parsonage)/hourly wages for that pay period.
