  • Coach the missionary in raising up a support team. 
    • The standard expectation is a weekly appointment if the new missionary is raising support full time.  (Every other week would be normal if they are raising half-time or less,)
  • Review weekly MTD activity through Reliantcoach.net and your PMR (personal ministry report). 
  • Let Reliant and ministry leadership know if there are absences or trouble with missionary’s faithfulness in MTD.
  • Guide weekly interactions which may include a combination of 1:1 meetings, group coaching calls, and email interaction.
  • Engage Reliant and the Ministry Supervisor know if there are absences or trouble with missionary’s faithfulness in MTD. For example, it's considered a "yellow flag" if a missionary misses three MTD Timecards or three coaching appointments in a row. If this occurs, please reach out to anyone on the Reliant MTD Health team; myself, Kathy Zellinger & Keva Ambre.
