Reliant is using OneDrive Google Drive folders for international teams to collect information in a secure way that is online and can be easily edited at any time by both you and Reliant. 

Reliant will create a folder for your team in OneDrive Google Drive Drive that we will share with all members of your team. The OneDrive Google Drive team folder will be shared via email in the form of a link. Please have all team members save this link as a bookmark on your computer browser or somewhere where they are able to remember how to easily and quickly access the link at any time. For those in a more secure location, please remember to only open this OneDrive Google Drive link while on a VPN. 

The folders will house information needed during a crisis event such as contingency plans, crisis reporting, etc. Because of this reason, Reliant is also requesting that you download the OneDrive Google Drive app on your phone to be able to quickly access these OneDrive Google Drive folders during an emergency even when you are not near your computer. 

Reliant will add workbooks in your Google Drive team folder for you to fill out the information needed for both your individual and team Crisis Management Plans. Within your team folder, you will have your own folder with your name for your individual workbooks and there will also be a workbook within your team folder that a designated person on your team will be filling out to share crisis management information with Reliant for your team as a whole.

Reliant will send you a link to the OneDrive Google Drive team folders before you begin to gather information for your Crisis Management Plans. Many of the items needed for the Crisis Management Plans will be collected and updated within these folders.
