Some people are receiving errors when trying to log into google drive or open up google drive forms. A common error is this YOU NEED PERMISSION ERROR. Your browser is trying to open the form using a personal google account that it remembers (even if you have already logged out of all personal accounts). Here are some tips to get around it.
Problem
You try to click a link or use a form for Reliant, but you are receiving a "You Need Permission" error.
Solution
Switch to your @reliant.org account.

Simple: Sign Out and Sign In to Your Reliant Account

Quick Workaround: Private or Incognito Window
To quickly get temporary access without signing out of your current gmail account
- Open a new browser window in an private mode. This is called Incognito (Chrome) mode or Private (Safari) mode, InPrivate mode (Internet Explorer), etc. A new window in this mode is automatically not signed in to any service.
- Click the link again to open it here, or copy and paste the address to this window
- Use your @reliant.org address to sign in.
When you close this browser window, you will lose your sign-in. For a better ongoing solution:
Manage your accounts with Two Browsers or Two Browser Profiles
Web browsers remember when you are signed into a Google account and keep you signed in. But many people want to use two Google accounts that are both signed in.
You can use Google's Switch Accounts options (see below), or you can manually keep your accounts separate by using different browsers or browser profiles.
Use Two Browsers
Example:
- Use Internet Explorer while being signed in to your personal gmail account.
- Use Google Chrome while being signed in to your @reliant.org Google account.
Each browser will remain signed in the one account you signed in. When you want to use a link from Reliant, you use it in the browser that is already signed in.

I signed in on my Reliant account but when I go click the link I am still getting the same error.
Make sure the link is opening in the browser where you signed in. Sometimes links from email or websites will open a new tab in a window you didn't intend.
To make sure, you can copy the link, and paste the link manually into the correct web browser address bar.!
