Important information regarding end-of-year donations. If a donor mails an end-of-year check directly to you , you must directly, please be sure to save the envelope and send it in with the check. The December 2018 postmark on the envelope serves as proof that it is a 2018 donation. If a check is dated in 2018donor's envelope must be included with any checks mailed to Reliant by the missionary. If the envelope is postmarked in December 2025, we can count the donation as a 2025 gift. If the check is dated 2025, but the postmark on the envelope is 20192026, that will not count we will process the donation as a 2018 2026 gift. Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant. They to Reliant as soon as you can. All 2025 gifts must be received by January 159, 20192026, to be included with 2018 gifts.IMPORTANT - With the added volume of checks being processed at the end of the year, checks dated 2018 received past December 31st, 2018 that are NOT accompanied by a postmarked envelope will be processed as 2019. Reliant will not contact the missionary regarding 2018 checks that are missing the 2018 post-marked envelope as in previous years. This responsibility will rest with the missionary to understand the requirement of the 2018 post-marked envelope and include that when mailing the check to Reliantin 2025 donations. - December 31 - Final day for 2018 2025 tax year gifts. Donors Check donors who want to count their gift as a tax deduction in 2018 2025 need to give it by the final day of the year. Checks dated and mail their check, so it's postmarked by December 31, 2018, but received in 2019 will continue to be processed as 2018 gifts through January 15. 2025. Please see the pink information box at the top of this page for additional requirements for 2025 checks to be received by Reliant and counted towards 2025 giving statements.

December 2018 2025 check gifts received after this cutoff (but received by the January 15 9 deadline) will still be counted as December gifts, but they will be reserved and used toward the balance available to pay your February 1513, 2026, 2019 paycheck.

- All December gifts sent directly to you by donors must be received by in the Reliant office by January 159. This is the final accounting deadline for 2018 2025 "late checks" to be received in the Reliant office to be recorded as 2018 2025 giving for tax-deduction purposes. This only counts for checks that were which were postmarked in 20182025. (Our auditors check the postmark date on the envelope to prove the donation was mailed in 20182025, so so please save the envelope and mail it with the check!) Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant to Reliant to be received by the January 15 9 deadline.
- If you are mailing checks using a guaranteed delivery service for delivery on January 15th 9 - please make sure you select the delivery option for early AM delivery or guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM. To allow for sufficient processing time by our Gift Donor Services team, Reliant will be unable to guarantee a 2018 2025 gift date for packages containing 2018 2025 checks received after 1:00 PM EST on January 15th9.
- Deadline for any remaining 2018 2025 reimbursements to must be submitted to Reliant by 11:59 p.m. PM Eastern time. You must submit any remaining October, November, or December 2018 2025 reimbursements by this date. The normal standard three-month submission window does not apply during this time of year.
