Important information regarding end-of-year donations. If a donor mails an end-of-year check to you directly, please be sure to save the envelope and send it in with the check. The donor's envelope must be included with any checks mailed to Reliant by the missionary. If the envelope is postmarked in December 2025, we can count the donation as a 2025 gift. If the check is dated 2025, but the postmark on the envelope is 2026, we will process the donation as a 2026 gift. Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and send them to Reliant as soon as you can. All 2025 gifts must be received by January 9, 2026, to be included in 2025 donations. November 30, 2025
- Gifts received in the Reliant office for expiring backpay. This is the last business day for gifts to be received by Reliant to help pay your December 15 payroll, including any 2023 backpay, which will expire after December payroll is completed.

- December 30 will be the last business day the Reliant office is open in 2025.

- Deadline for Reliant to receive 2025 check donations to be used to pay your paycheck on January 15. December 2025 check gifts received after this cutoff (but received by the January 9 deadline) will still be counted as December gifts, but they will be reserved and used toward the balance available to pay your February 13, 2026, paycheck.
January 9, 2026
- All December gifts sent directly to you by donors must be received in the Reliant office by January 9. This is the final accounting deadline for 2025 "late checks" to be recorded as 2025 giving for tax-deduction purposes. This only counts for checks which were postmarked in 2025. (Our auditors check the postmark date on the envelope to prove the donation was mailed in 2025, so please save the envelope and mail it with the check!) Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant to be received by the January 9 deadline.
- If you are mailing checks using a guaranteed delivery service for delivery on January 9 - please make sure you select the delivery option for early AM delivery or guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM. To allow for sufficient processing time by our Donor Services team, Reliant will be unable to guarantee a 2025 gift date for packages containing 2025 checks received after 1:00 PM EST on January 9.
- Deadline for any remaining 2025 reimbursements must be submitted to Reliant by 11:59 PM Eastern time. You must submit any remaining October, November, or December 2025 reimbursements by this date. The standard three-month submission window does not apply during this time of year.
