Important information regarding end-of-year donations. If a donor mails an end-of-year check to you directly, please be sure to save the envelope and send it in with the check. The donor's envelope must be included with any checks mailed to Reliant by the missionary. If the envelope is postmarked in December 20232025, we can count the donation as a 2023 2025 gift. If the check is dated 20232025, but the postmark on the envelope is 20242026, we will process the donation as a 2024 2026 gift. Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and send them to Reliant as soon as you can. All 2023 2025 gifts must be received by January 129, 20242026, to be included in 2023 donations2025 donations. - December 31 - Final day for 2023 2025 tax year gifts. Check donors who want to count their gift as a tax deduction in 2023 2025 need to mail their check, so it's postmarked by December 31, 20232025. Please see the pink information box at the top of this page for additional requirements for 2023 2025 checks to be received by Reliant and counted towards 2023 2025 giving statements.

December 2023 2025 check gifts received after this cutoff (but received by the January 12 9 deadline) will still be counted as December gifts, but they will be reserved and used toward the balance available to pay your February 1513, 2026, 2024 paycheck.

- All December gifts sent directly to you by donors must be received in the Reliant office by January 129. This is the final accounting deadline for 2023 2025 "late checks" to be recorded as 2023 2025 giving for tax-deduction purposes. This only counts for checks which were postmarked in 20232025. (Our auditors check the postmark date on the envelope to prove the donation was mailed in 20232025, so please save the envelope and mail it with the check!) Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant to Reliant to be received by the January 12 9 deadline.
- If you are mailing checks using a guaranteed delivery service for delivery on January 12 9 - please make sure you select the delivery option for early AM delivery or guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM. To allow for sufficient processing time by our Gift Donor Services team, Reliant will be unable to guarantee a 2023 2025 gift date for packages containing 2023 2025 checks received after 1:00 PM EST on January 129.
- Deadline for any remaining 2023 2025 reimbursements must be submitted to Reliant by 11:59 PM Eastern time. You must submit any remaining October, November, or December 2023 2025 reimbursements by this date. The standard three-month submission window does not apply during this time of year.
