One of Reliant's missions is to help with project support raising for local churches and ministries that they are partnered with. The Reliant has a church and project fundraising process that could be a helpful solution to your church or ministry.  

Your Your local church or ministry may realize a need to raise ministry funds for expenses such as start-up costs for a new church plant, special outreach events, or even unplanned facility and maintenance needs or other ministry expenses that are not able to be covered through an annual operating budget. One of Reliant's missions is to support churches and the board of directors has a project fundraising policy that could be a helpful solution to you.

These funds can be also used to provide support for a worker at your local church or ministry, or even provide stipends to a foreign national for an overseas project. However, church and project funds are always in a ministry's name, never an individual's.

Established Reliant partners are eligible to submit a request for a new Reliant church/project fund to establish a new restricted fund for receiving donations. Creation and maintenance of all fund numbers go through a scrutiny process by Reliant management. The Church/Project Fund Request form for funds receiving donations will gather the following information:

  • Details about the church or ministry requesting the fund, such as governance, goals and legal information
  • Details about the fund being requested and oversight of the finances
