If the event directors together with Reliant reviewers have decided that the participant is not a good fit for participating in the program/event, the Reliant special event coordinator will send this non acceptance nonacceptance email to the participant.  The email is generic on purpose.

Before sending the declination, we We would like the directors (or local pastor/spiritual reference ) to call participant the applicant or sit down in person with the applicant and help them understand and maybe come to an agreement with the participant applicant as to why this event/program  program isn't a good fit for them and maybe be able to offer help to them with the area of concern. This email is intended to be sent after the meeting with the director/ local pastor to confirm from a Reliant standpoint that we received their event registration, but have decided not to accept them.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2019 Reliant/Collegiate Leadership Training (LT) Program. We have performed a complete review of your LT application and related information. Reliant Mission regrets to inform you that at this time Reliant is not able to accept you into the 2019 LT Program. We pray that God uses your summer in other ways to develop you spiritually and in leadership. Thank you, again, for your interest in the LT Program.
