Important information regarding end-of-year donations. If a donor mails an end-of-year check directly to you , you must directly, please be sure to save the envelope and send it in with the check. The December 2021 postmark on the envelope serves as proof that it is a 2021 donation. If a check is dated in 2021donor's envelope must be included with any checks mailed to Reliant by the missionary. If the envelope is postmarked in December 2025, we can count the donation as a 2025 gift. If the check is dated 2025, but the postmark on the envelope is 20222026, that will not count we will process the donation as a 2021 2026 gift. Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant. They to Reliant as soon as you can. All 2025 gifts must be received by January 129, 20222026, to be included with 2021 gifts.in 2025 donations. Reliant will not contact the missionary regarding 2021 checks which are missing the 2021 post-marked envelope. - December 31 - Final day for 2021 2025 tax year gifts. Check Check donors who want to count their gift as a tax deduction in 2021 2025 need to mail their check, so it's postmarked by December 31, 20212025. Please see the pink information box at the top of this page for additional requirements for 2021 2025 checks to be received by Reliant and counted towards 2021 2025 giving statements.

- Deadline for Reliant to receive 2021 2025 check donations to be be used to pay your paycheck on January 1415. December 2021 2025 check gifts received after this cutoff (but received by the January 12 9 deadline) will still be counted as December gifts, but they will be reserved and used toward the balance available to pay your February 1513, 20222026, paycheck.

- All December gifts sent directly to you by donors must be received in the Reliant office by January 129. This is the final accounting deadline for 2021 2025 "late checks" to to be recorded as 2021 2025 giving for tax-deduction purposes. This only counts for checks which were were postmarked in 20212025. (Our auditors check the postmark date on the envelope to prove the donation was mailed in 20212025, so so please save the envelope and mail it with the check!) Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant to Reliant to be received by the January 12 9 deadline.
- If you are mailing checks using a guaranteed delivery service for delivery on January 12 9 - please make sure you select the delivery option for early AM delivery or guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM. To allow for sufficient processing time by our Gift Donor Services team, Reliant will be unable to guarantee a 2021 2025 gift date for packages containing 2021 2025 checks received after 1:00 PM EST on January 129.
- Deadline for any remaining 2021 2025 reimbursements need to must be submitted to Reliant by 11:59 p.m. PM Eastern time. You must submit any remaining October, November, or December 2021 2025 reimbursements by this date. The normal standard three-month submission window does not apply during this time of year.

- Reimbursements paid. Any 2021 Any 2025 reimbursements submitted in January , and any remaining unpaid reimbursements from 2019 and 2020, which are eligible for payment will be paid on this date. We will use the full MTD account balance available for payment, which includes any additional December 2021 2025 gifts which were received by January 129. Please keep in mind Reliant may only pay reimbursements once a missionary has received all outstanding backpay.
