All international team members will provide annual location documentation. What is required is based on risk level location.

Basic Risk Level Location:

• Team members will send an annual update with GPS permanent international residence coordinates. If team members move, they are responsible for updating Reliant with GPS for changes of location

Moderate Risk Level Location

• Team members will send an annual update with GPS permanent international residence coordinates. If team members move, they are responsible for updating Reliant with GPS for changes of location
• Team appointed Crisis Manager should notify Reliant of GPS coordinates for team meeting locations as well as other places where the team gathers. 

High Risk Level Location

• Team members will send an annual update for GPS permanent international residence coordinates. If team members move, they are responsible for updating Reliant with GPS for changes of location

All risk levels with provide location documentation:

• Basic- annual update for GPS permanent residence, if move, update us with GPS for international changes of location.

• High- annual update for permanent residence, and they are responsible to update if they move residence, also add where do you go on a regular basis, all member of the team where they meet and where they go, where are they normally doing ministry, kids school, anywhere you go to on a regular basis, provide at least 3 frequented locations (threats . This is due to the fact that threats could be played out in a typical travel pattern)

It is the policy of Reliant to keep a secure file at the organization’s Headquarters accessible to the Reliant central ICMT with location-specific information. Whenever a physical location is chosen for the operations or housing of this organization’s personnel in Reliant's team members in a foreign country, the International Crisis Manager and Team Leader will documents document the location’s specific GPS coordinates and surrounding area.  For the safety and security of our personnel and assets, this information should be kept in a secure file in this organization’s Headquarters at all times.The intention of this policy is to ensure that, in case of a crisis, all first responder and support teams can efficiently access this organization’s personnel and assets.  Experience shows that having specific information regarding business and staff locations allows for confidence and specificity during various crises such as natural disasters, terrorist activity, etc.  Because this organization values its human assets, we want to make available all possible resources to first responders and support teams.
