Important information regarding end-of-year donations. If a donor mails an end-of-year check directly to you , you must directly, please be sure to save the envelope and send it in with the check. The December 2020 postmark on the envelope serves as proof that it is a 2020 donation. If a check is dated in 2020donor's envelope must be included with any checks mailed to Reliant by the missionary. If the envelope is postmarked in December 2025, we can count the donation as a 2025 gift. If the check is dated 2025, but the postmark on the envelope is 20212026, that will not count we will process the donation as a 2020 2026 gift. Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant. They to Reliant as soon as you can. All 2025 gifts must be received by January 139, 20202026, to be included with 2020 gifts.IMPORTANT - With the added volume of checks being processed at the end of the year, checks dated 2020 received past December 31st, 2020 that are NOT accompanied by a postmarked envelope will be processed as 2021. Reliant will not contact the missionary regarding 2020 checks that are missing the 2020 post-marked envelope. This responsibility will rest with the missionary to understand the requirement of the 2020 post-marked envelope and include that when mailing the check to Reliantin 2025 donations. - December 31 - Final day for 2020 2025 tax year gifts. Donors Check donors who want to count their gift as a tax deduction in 2020 2025 need to give it by the final day of the year. Checks dated and mail their check, so it's postmarked by December 31, 2020, but received in 2021 will continue to be processed as 2020 gifts through January 13. 2025. Please see the pink information box at the top of this page for additional requirements for 2025 checks to be received by Reliant and counted towards 2025 giving statements.

- Deadline for Reliant to receive 2020 gifts to pay 2025 check donations to be used to pay your paycheck on January 15. December 2025 check gifts received after this cutoff (but received by the January 13 9 deadline) will still be counted as December gifts, but they will be reserved and used toward the balance available to pay your February 1213, 2026, 2021 paycheck.

- All December gifts sent directly to you by donors must be received by in the Reliant office by January 139. This is the final accounting deadline for 2020 2025 "late checks" to to be recorded as 2020 2025 giving for tax-deduction purposes. This only counts for checks that were which were postmarked in 20202025. (Our auditors check the postmark date on the envelope to prove the donation was mailed in 20202025, so so please save the envelope and mail it with the check!) Please check your mailboxes early in the new year for these types of gifts and immediately send them to Reliant to Reliant to be received by the January 13 9 deadline.
- If you are mailing checks using a guaranteed delivery service for delivery on January 13th 9 - please make sure you select the delivery option for early AM delivery or guaranteed delivery by 1:00 PM. To allow for sufficient processing time by our Gift Donor Services team, Reliant will be unable to guarantee a 2020 2025 gift date for packages containing 2020 2025 checks received after 1:00 PM EST on January 13th9.
- Deadline for any remaining 2020 2025 reimbursements to must be submitted to Reliant by 11:59 p.m. PM Eastern time. You must submit any remaining October, November, or December 2020 2025 reimbursements by this date. The normal standard three-month submission window does not apply during this time of year.

Please keep in mind Reliant can may only pay reimbursements once a missionary has received all outstanding backpay.
