These are the standard tools that the Missionary is Reliant new employees are introduced to during New Staff Training.  Each Each new missionary employee has been instructed to complete these tools prior to the MTD coaching session and submit them to the coach.  As As the coach, you will want to review how much lead time you need.  The missionary needs They need to submit these in time for you to review them before your coaching session.

These two tools can be extremely helpful , for both the missionary field worker and the coach , in understanding and analyzing the past week.   It is highly recommended that the coach asks the missionary field worker to get these submitted prior to the meeting, with enough time for them to be reviewed. We are transitioning from tracking in Staffnet to tracking in

The MTD Timecard is the numerical analysis tool for the MTD process.  On this tool the fund-raising missionary accounts for how many times they have taken the various actions needed for the MTD process.

Since measuring only the end results (like dollars raised) may not clearly show the work being done by the support raiser, or help you know what steps are needed next, the MTD Activity Report measures key thresholds that need to achieved repeated during the fund-raising process.  This tool shows the numeric accomplishment toward those threshold goals.  An explanation of the metrics used on the timecard can be found on Staffnet.  You can review the last 10 timecards submitted on Coachnet.

It looks like this and the missionary field worker you are coaching will share their copy with you. This Worksheet will help both you and the missionary field worker with what goals it might take to be done raising support by a specific date. Or to help project based on what weekly goals they're averaging and how long it might take them to raise 100% of their goal. It is helpful to remember and remind the missionary field worker that this spreadsheet is just based off of on math and that it does not factor in what God can do or will do.

Personal Ministry Report

The Personal Ministry Report, or PMR, helps provide the a greater narrative to of fund-raising experience.  It also allows the Fund-raising missionary field worker to focus and identify what they need most from your next coaching session.   For the coach, the PMR  provides a snapshot of the missionary’s field worker’s week, which allows the coach to get the most out of the weekly meeting by focusing on areas of need , as identified by the missionaryfield worker.  For the missionaryfield worker, it is an opportunity to reflect on the past week and prepare for the next.  This tool is helpful even for an in-person meeting , because the preparation and focus provided through the report allow the one-on-one time to be used  more more effectively on supporting, trouble-shooting troubleshooting, and setting plans for the coming week.
