Before you have coaching meetings, follow these steps to introduce and onboard your new resident to MTD Coaching.

4. To confirm individual call, send them a recurring calendar appointment
5. Then send an email with:
Personalized PMR Personality Quiz(Google drive)
Make a copy for you to work with. You can change it for each individual if you would like)
Once you have a scheduled time on the calendar, you are ready for your first coaching call.
