Important Dates Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits selections will begin October 22, 2025, and all enrollment, changes, and waives must be submitted by November 5, 2025, using your Reliant email address. These selections will be effective January 1, 2026. |
What is Open Enrollment?
- It is a time to consider if you would like to change, end, or continue your current benefit selections for the upcoming year and submit your choices.
- It is a time to update your family status and information if anything has changed.
- It is a time when you can activate and update your annual Cafeteria Plan payroll deductions such as HSA employee contributions, Vision Insurance, and Child-Care benefits.

Yes. If you want to continue making deductions for the new year or you are enrolling in any of our Cafeteria Plan offerings for the first time (HSA, Vision, Childcare), you must complete the 2026 Cafeteria Plan Enrollment Form. Your current Cafeteria Plan deduction selections only last through 2025. |

No. Open Enrollment is only for the Reliant staff who are employed during the Open Enrollment period. Yes. If your hire date is before November 5, 2025. (when Open Enrollment closes), You will need to participate in the 2026 Open Enrollment. |
