Email Example
Use this template as a guide to send to a partner who has given you new names. Have them copy and paste the last section of the e-mail in a new e-mail to anyone they are introducing you to. Include an attachment of your leaving piece with the e-mail or a link to a ministry website.

And if it is possible, it would be helpful to have as many names as you feel comfortable with – of course, you know that, but just want to restate the importance of meeting new people in the support-raising process!
