During Open Enrollment, you may start, stop or change your Voluntary Life Insurance selection.
Enrolling in new coverage
Good news! If you are a brand new Voluntary Life Insurance enrollee, during 2024 2025 Open Enrollment, you may purchase up to $30,000 in Reliance Matrix life insurance for yourself (and up to $10,000 for your spouse) without needing any medical exam. What a great time to think about making sure you have adequate life insurance for yourself and your family. This is a very generous enrollment offer from Reliance Matrix since a medical exam is often required. If you and your spouse are both Reliant employees, you may each purchase up to $30,000 of voluntary life insurance.

For those with individual, spouse, or child(ren) coverage, the premium for optional life insurance will be listed on your pay stub. Match You can find your current coverage by referencing the Open Enrollment email sent to you on 10/25/2023, or by looking at your paystub and using the rate sheet. If you are currently covered, the premium will be listed for optional life insurance; matchthe rate in the chart below to seedetermine your coverage amount. For spouse and child/children coverage, follow the same instructions

- If you or your spouse are being enrolled in coverage over the Guaranteed Issue Amount, the Benefits Team will reach out to you with further instructions, which may include completing a DocuSign power form from RSLI, our life insurance carrier.
