During a missionary's career with Reliant, he or she may experience a variety of changes. It is the employee's responsibility to notify Reliant of any changes prior to them happening. These include:
- Address and Phone Number Change
- MTD Statuses
- Release to Assignment after Initial MTD
- Changes in Missionary Classifications (number of hours)
- Changes in Role, Responsibilities, or Job Description
- Marriage and Changes in Family Status
- Becoming Working with Reliant as a Commissioned or Ordained MinistersMinister
- Leave of Absence
- Seeking a change in Ministry Assignment
- Exiting Employment
Many of these changes are made through the Missionary Change Notification FormEmployment Changes.
Any of these changes can trigger changes in pay, benefits, tax obligations or a host of other factors. As soon as a missionary is aware that a change is pending, he or she should contact the Reliant program liaison for guidance.

Employees may request a job transfer by submitting a written request to their supervisor and Missionary Resourcesthe Reliant program liaison. Requests for a job transfer will be considered based upon position openings and the applicant's qualifications for the position. Job transfer approval is within the sole discretion of Reliant.
