While missionaries are in Initial MTD, they can choose to be employed or to raise funds as an Associate Volunteer.  To move from being an Associate Volunteer to a paid employee requires seeking a change of status from Missionary Resources.notifying the Reliant program liaison of your desire to be hired. 

Job Transfers

Employees may request a job transfer by submitting a written request to their supervisor and Missionary Resources. Requests for a job transfer will be considered based upon position openings and the applicant's qualifications for the position. Job transfer approval is within the sole discretion of Reliant.
