Through the Home Delivery Service, you can purchase up to a 90-day supply of most prescription medications. In most cases the Home Delivery Service provides significant cost-savings compared to filling a prescription at a local drugstore or pharmacy. There may be limitations on some prescriptions, such as controlled medications, subject to state and federal dispensing limitations. Express Scripts now also offers some maintenance medications to be refilled with a 90 day supply at participating Walgreens locations.  For more details see 90 day refills at Walgreens
