If the event directors and Reliant decide that the participant is not a good fit for participating in the program/event, the Reliant special event coordinator will send this non acceptance email to the participant.  The email is generic on purpose. We would like the directors/local pastors to sit down in person with the applicant and help them understand and maybe come to an agreement as to why this isn't a good fit for them. This email is intended to be sent after the meeting with the director/local pastor.
