The following is a sample Agreement that some MTD coaches use with their fund-raising missionaries. The link below allows you to print the agreement and have both the coach and coachee signparagraphs below can be copy & pasted into an email. Then the coach and coachee can review and agree on how they will work together. As a coach we wan you may modify the Agreement to fit what you commit to. There is value in starting the relationship with an agreement that you can refer back to

As a coach, my commitment to you is to provide:

- Be present at coaching times and timely in communication.
- These coaching appointments are meant to be equivalent to face-to-face meetings, which means we are in our "offices", looking at our screens and listening to each other, ready to take notes of decisions made together.
- Be a learner, willing to receive input, doing assignments given while being honest as we interact together.
- Work the agreed-upon hours toward MTD (generally 40 hours per week).
- Accomplish weekly MTD tasks, including MTD Timecard, PMR (Personal Ministry Report) & check-in with your coach (me).
- Maintain presence in your Christian community and with the Lord personally for spiritual sustenance and personal accountability.
