    • Demo: Fill out first week’s tab with you observing.

    • Clarify definitions—have them open this up and look at it while they are filling out the first week’s tab.

  • PMR and Activity Tracking: Most missionaries choose to begin their weeks on the day they usually have your individual coaching appointment, but for residents, their weeks will all run Monday-Sunday.
  • Clarify when they will fill out PMR and Activity Tracker

  • Introduction to Goal Setting

    • Open up the goal setting worksheet that they sent you and walk through the form. 

    • Spend some time talking about the weekly goals section and see if those numbers are manageable for the next week. Be sure to tell them that you will set clear weekly goals for May in the next meeting, but you want to establish goals for the next week and prepare them for a goal setting mentality. If the goals are not doable for the next week, then make realistic ones at this time. 

    • Let them know that you guys will make a plan that is likely aggressive, but manageable, but it is a plan that will get them to 100%.

    • Let them know that by planning the work and then working the plan, you will be taking things one step at a time.
